These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the garconfidele.fr website between Garçon Fidèle and any consumer wishing to make a purchase.
The Customer declares to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing any order. Validation of an order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Garçon Fidèle reserves the right to amend its General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
Article 03
Produits & Disponibilité
The products offered for sale on garconfidele.fr are 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton clothing, made to order at Atelier Coton in Lyon.
Each piece is made after the order has been confirmed — there is no pre-made stock. This on-demand production system guarantees zero textile waste.
Product photographs and descriptions are as true to reality as possible. Slight color variations may appear depending on the screen.
Article 04
Prix
Garçon Fidèle reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices applied are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 05
Passation de commande
To place an order on garconfidele.fr, the Customer must select their products, add them to the cart, enter their delivery details, and proceed to payment.
The order is definitively confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon validation.
Garçon Fidèle reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment issues, an incorrect address, or fraudulent behavior. The Customer will be informed by email.

Livraison
In the event of a delivery delay caused by the carrier, Garçon Fidèle cannot be held responsible. The Customer can track their order via the order tracking page.
Article 08
Droit de rétractation
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Garçon Fidèle va au-delà de cette obligation légale en offrant 30 days pour retourner toute commande.
Pour exercer ce droit, le Client doit contacter Garçon Fidèle à contact@garconfidele.fr avant l'expiration du délai. Les frais de retour sont intégralement pris en charge par Garçon Fidèle.
Le remboursement est effectué sous 5 business days après réception du retour, sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de la commande.
Article 09
Garanties légales
All products sold on garconfidele.fr benefit from the following legal guarantees:
Garantie de conformité (articles L.217-4 et suivants du Code de la consommation) — Garçon Fidèle est tenu de livrer un produit conforme au contrat et répond des défauts de conformité existant lors de la délivrance.
Garantie contre les vices cachés (articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil) — Garçon Fidèle répond des vices cachés du produit vendu qui le rendent impropre à l'usage auquel on le destine.
En cas de défaut constaté, le Client doit contacter Garçon Fidèle à contact@garconfidele.fr avec photos à l'appui. Garçon Fidèle procédera au remplacement ou au remboursement intégral.
Article 10
Données personnelles
The personal data collected during an order (name, address, email, phone number) are used exclusively for processing the order and for the business relationship.
Conformément au RGPD, le Client dispose d'un droit d'accès, de rectification et de suppression de ses données en contactant Garçon Fidèle à contact@garconfidele.fr.

Article 11
Responsabilité
Garçon Fidèle cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product, maintenance not in accordance with instructions, or an external cause (accident, impact, etc.).
In the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.), Garçon Fidèle cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill an order.
Article 12
Droit applicable & Litiges
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
Conformément aux articles L.611-1 et suivants du Code de la consommation, le Client peut recourir gratuitement au service de médiation de la consommation. Le médiateur désigné est la FEVAD : mediateurfevad.fr
Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
