Delivery
All you need to know to place your order with Garçon Fidèle.
If your package has not arrived after 7 working days post-shipment, contact us at contact@garconfidele.fr with your tracking number. We will handle everything with the carrier.
We work with several carriers such as Mondial, Colissimo... to ensure reliable and eco-friendly delivery.
You will receive your order 2 to 3 weeks after the pre-order closes. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the chosen method.
For now, we only deliver to mainland France. Other destinations are coming soon.
Home delivery: €5.90. Delivery to a relay point: €3.90. FREE delivery from €70 of purchase (all options included).
