Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Write to us quickly at contact@garconfidele.fr with your order number and the new address.
As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find the tracking information in your customer account.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email within minutes of your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
Yes, as long as the pre-order is open. Email us at contact@garconfidele.fr and we'll take care of the rest. Once the pre-order closes, production begins and the order can no longer be modified.
You will receive your order 2 to 3 weeks after the preorder closes. You will be notified by email at each stage: confirmation, production, shipping.
All our pieces are available for pre-order. You place your order during the open window, then we launch production once the pre-order period closes. This is our commitment to zero stock, zero waste.
